About Rebecca Taylor

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Rebecca brings a deep appreciation for Hawaiian cultural values and a genuine connection to the island’s communities. A graduate of Seabury Hall, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality with a concentration in Meetings & Events Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she built a strong foundation in organization, service, and coordination through work in the fast-paced hotel industry.

Rebecca spent nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector, ultimately serving as Director of Community Operations for a workforce housing organization. There, she developed extensive experience in operations, transaction management, property management, and marketing. Now working as Executive Assistant, to Ryan MacLaughlin and Alex Cortez, Rebecca is known for her thoughtful approach to client service, operational efficiency, and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach, and working on her family farm in Kula.
