Born and raised on the island of Maui, Rebecca is part of a fourth-generation Maui family with roots tied to construction, education, and the arts. Rebecca’s upbringing in Kula instilled an early appreciation for Hawaiian cultural values, and a close connection to the land, and its vibrant communities. After graduating from Seabury Hall, Rebecca attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality, majoring in Meetings & Events Management. In Las Vegas, Rebecca sharpened her expertise in client service while working in group sales and VIP services in the fast-paced hotel industry. After college, Rebecca relocated to Southern California and evolved her career in service to the nonprofit sector where she served for nearly a decade and earned the position of Director of Community Operations for a workforce housing organization.
Rebecca’s time in California afforded her hands-on experience in property management, real estate acquisition, asset management, and marketing. Local roots called Rebecca home to Maui when an opportunity arose to purchase a family farm back in her hometown of Kula. In all of her past experience, Rebecca has found her greatest success and enjoyment in helping others achieve their goals and find fulfillment. Rebecca brings genuine warmth, an eye for details, and her own blend of Maui-grown Hawaiian hospitality to every client relationship. In her free time, you’ll find Rebecca working alongside her husband Clay in their persimmon orchards, hiking with their black labrador mix, or hitting the beach.
